The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. We accept housing vouchers from local housing authorities.

Floorplan Filters

Households comprised of all full-time students do not qualify for tax credit (affordable) housing. If there are students in the household, at least one member of the household must be a part-time student. Student status is based on the calendar yet, not the move-in date. If you/your household members are students, please contact the Management Office for more details.
